An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced salariedGP to join our growing, friendly and supportive practice in Sheffield. We are looking for an experienced GP for 3 sessions/week (negotiable).
We are a small GP practice located in S11, close tothe Peak District National Park, and are a team of GP partner, 2 salaried GPs, ANP,PN and HCA alongside a non-clinical support team and look after around 4200patients.
We run a doctor first total triage system to ensure patient safety and medical needs are met.
Main duties of the job
* Main duties will include regular 15 minutes pre bookedGP appointments and on the day appointments together with a share of dutytriage sessions. Admin work will also be included and will involve prescriptionrequests, filing pathology and processing documents
* We have very few visit requests as we are not part ofa nursing home DES and have set slots for routine home visits
* Regular clinical meetings and teaching sessions
* Opportunity for additional sessions to cover holidays
* SystmOne and Accurx triage systems
* Salary dependant on experience
* GP experience over 5 years essential
