The role focuses on attracting and hiring operational talent while working closely with hiring managers to deliver a full end-to-end recruitment service. What you need: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or similar environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and candidates. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and recruitment compliance requirements. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes. What you will do each day: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational, manufacturing, and supply chain positions, from job requisition to offer stage. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan workforce needs, and develop targeted talent strategies. Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure suitability for the role and organisational culture. Coordinate and manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer negotiations. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting to monitor performance, compliance, and recruitment outcomes.
