As an Ergonomic Assessor & Installation Engineer, you will play a vital role in transforming workspaces and improving the well-being of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Evaluate client workspaces, identify ergonomic risks, and recommend tailored solutions like chairs, desks, and equipment. * Engage with clients to understand their ergonomic needs, addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy. * Assemble and install bespoke workstations, ensuring that clients are familiarised with their new equipment. * Assess the layout of workspaces to enhance ergonomics, aesthetics, and productivity. * Maintain accurate records of assessments and installations, generating before-and-after reports to showcase improvements. * Provide exceptional service throughout the process, addressing any client requests or concerns. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: * Empathetic communication skills to ensure clients feel heard and valued. * Experience in setting up and adjusting workplace furniture with a focus on safety best practices. * Capability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions. * Precision in assessing needs and executing installations. * Ability to explain ergonomic concepts clearly. * A friendly demeanor that puts clients at ease. * Skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently. * A valid driver's license is required; no more than 3 points is preferred. * Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary. * Successful DBS check is required.
