The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Depending on experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday Only (Strictly no weekends).
* Holiday: 30 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays), rising with service.

* Training: Ongoing technical development and dealer-level diagnostic equipment.

What You Will Be Doing
* Full Range: Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a huge variety of vehicles.
* Diagnostics: Finding and fixing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest tech.
* MOT Excellence: Preparing vehicles for testing and carrying out essential MOT repairs.
* Precision: Working efficiently while keeping our 5-star quality standards high.
* Collaboration: Maintaining accurate records and working closely with a supportive service team.
Are You The One?
* You are a qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent).
* You are confident with diagnostics, servicing, and complex repairs.
* An MOT Tester licence is a massive bonus, but not essential.
* You are a reliable team player who takes real pride in your workmanship.
* You are based in or near Dartford and want a stable, Monday-to-Friday career.
