Warehouse Operations:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.
Quality Control:
- Inspect and test returned hardware, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Document and report any faults or defects, providing detailed feedback to the technical team.
- Work closely with the returns team to streamline the inspection process.
- Maintain records of inspections and quality control processes.
Cross -functional Support
- Be flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the business based on demand.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a role involving quality control.
- Technical experience, particularly with EPOS systems and FoodHub equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high -quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
