YOUR NEW ROLE

In this role you will be supporting our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), both providing executive support and helping drive strategic initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner and gate-keeper, working closely with internal stakeholders, facilitating the CHRO agenda and cross-functional collaboration, whilst helping translate strategy into operational excellence.

By managing intricate schedules and confidential complex communications, you will enable the CHRO to operate efficiently and effectively across a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed global environment. You will apply your exceptional judgement and wisdom in juggling priorities and anticipating needs before they arise, skillfully navigating diverse time zones, and adapting to varying global rhythms and demands.

Responsibilities will include:

Executive Support

1. Manage and optimize the CHRO’s calendar, including global meetings, travel, and key events.
2. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
3. Handle confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
4. Coordinate logistics for board-level and executive leadership meetings, including HRLT and global HR town halls.

Operational Excellence

5. Liaise with global HR leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key priorities.
6. Track and manage key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups across the CHRO’s portfolio.
7. Assist CHRO in overseeing the team budget and travel calendars, open and track POs for projects

Project & Communication Support

8. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Support the CHRO in managing enterprise-wide projects in partnership with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Communications.
10. Maintain and update key HR dashboards and project trackers.

Relationship Management

11. Serve as a point of contact for senior leaders, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
12. Build strong relationships across the HR function and broader business to facilitate collaboration and information flow.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant, with the natural ability and confidence to drive initiatives, make decisions and solve problems independently.

13. Proven and extensive experience supporting senior leadership roles with large global teams, including C-suite executives. The ideal candidate would have responsibilities in supporting CHRO, CFO or CEO roles in global organizations operating across multiple time zones
14. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
15. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
16. Proactive and skilled in prioritization of meetings, managing external stakeholders and third part service providers requests and communications
17. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
18. Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and project management tools is a plus.
19. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with highly dispersed leadership and workforce
20. Available to travel internationally occasionally, whenever required
