Role Responsibilities
* Assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients across varied sectors
* Leading and reviewing audit or accounts assignments from planning through to completion
* Supporting managers and partners with client relationship management
* Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing coaching and feedback
* Ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and supporting with advisory tasks
* Monitoring workflow, job progress, and reporting internally

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Currently working at assistant manager level within a UK practice
* Strong technical knowledge in audit, accounts, or both
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle deadlines and priorities
* Confident communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
* A commitment to delivering excellent client service
