* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the KS1 national curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess, record, and report on pupil progress
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
* Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will:
* Have QTS and experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
* Show a commitment to creating engaging, purposeful and imaginative learning opportunities
* Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
* Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues and families
* Be reflective, eager to grow professionally and able to work well as part of a team.
* Bring energy, creativity and a warm, caring approach to classroom practice.
