Overview
We’re very excited to bring a new Sales & Service Administrator to join our team in Palaiseau, France with hybrid working available. Reporting to the Western Europe Service Manager to ensure that sales & field service operations in France are delivered to the highest standard. This role is key to ensuring our service delivery runs smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on customer support and internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating service scheduling and planning, ensuring alignment with local procedures and customer needs
* Supporting sales and service teams by managing documentation, invoicing, and ERP/CRM systems
* Preparing and maintain service-related documents for field service engineers (FSEs)
* Liaising with regional teams (sales, logistics, admin) to ensure seamless customer support
* Managing parts allocation and ensure FSEs are equipped for scheduled jobs
* Tracking and file service reports and documentation
* Providing general office admin support and respond to FSE requests
* Supporting all sales and service processes from an administrative perspective
Qualifications
* Experience in service administration or after-sales support
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workflow
* Confident using SAP B1 is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in French and English
* Self-motivated, intuitive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
* A methodical problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
* Business administration qualifications is desirable
