We are looking for a Sales Executive to work with our current team based at Gym Kings Head Office near Leeds to support the rapid growth of the business. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic fashion brand working across a key business function to learn and progress in your role within the fashion industry.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and hardworking with an eye for detail. You will be driven by a love for the brand, product, and fashion. The successful candidate will have some prior experience working in a similar role with wholesale accounts ideally within fashion or footwear. Thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure, keen to develop new skills and multi-task.


Role Profile

* Working with both the Sales & Customer Service teams across a multitude of tasks – no day is the same!
* You would be working alongside the sales team to grow the independent wholesale business; attending meetings, organising SMS samples and setting up the showroom ready for sell in meetings.
* Support function across key accounts developing a strong relationship across internal and external teams identifying opportunities, working with retail/gym managers, VM briefs, data input, managing order books.
* Supporting the Customer Service department to assist with tasks such as order book reconciliation, booking deliveries to customers, raising sales orders, providing cover when required.
* Responsibility within our gym partnership accounts – working closely with concessions within gyms and sales agents driving the business forward and seeking out new opportunities.
* Liaising with our in-house creative team to create mailers and lookbooks to send out to customers each season.
* Variety of admin tasks such as data sheets, order books, creating line lists.
* Understanding the marketplace, regular consumer insight & analysis and feeding back into product teams.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders, taking the lead with the wholesale customer service experience.
* Confident communicator reporting key information to Heads of Departments and senior management.
* Opportunity for some travel to visit customers/stores.
* Close working relationship across internal teams including buying, design, garment tech, marketing and Ecom.


Key Skills & Experience

* 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role with wholesale accounts ideally within fashion or footwear – a passion for product and brand is essential!
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to present ideas to teams.
* A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise action.
* Relevant degree preferred but not essential.
* Works well under pressure.
* Drive and enthusiasm, highly engaged and keen to learn and progress.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proven ability to work on own initiative and independently.
* Highly self‑motivated and dynamic individual.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Full clean Driving Licence.
* Fearless.
* Focused.
* Driven.
* Resilient.
* Team Player.

Working hours

Due to the nature of this role, the hours will be full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday‑Friday, although a flexible approach is required at times to meet the needs of the role.


Location

This role is based at Unit 6 Temple Point, Bullerthorpe Lane, Colton, Leeds LS15 9JL. 2 minutes off the M1 J46. There may be a requirement to travel as part of this role.
