What the role involves...
As part of our specialist Clinical Negligence team, you'll manage a dynamic caseload of complex, multi-track claims from initial interview through to resolution. You'll represent both trade union members and private clients, navigating litigation, ADR, and trial with confidence and care.
Your role will include:
* Leading client cases with empathy and precision
* Collaborating with counsel and colleagues on strategy and advocacy
* Handling interlocutory applications and income forecasting
* Ensuring timely billing through our dedicated internal costs team
