Stanton House are currently hiring multiple Finance Managers to join a FTSE-listed business undergoing a major finance transformation. These are not “business as usual” roles.
You will be joining at a pivotal moment, helping to build a new onshore Finance Hub as part of a wider operating model transformation. This programme is focused on reshaping how finance supports the business - driving standardisation, improving processes, and embedding better ways of working. đź’Ľ The role:
You will take ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report process, leading a blended team of onshore and offshore accountants while ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial reporting.
Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in:
• Driving a robust and efficient month-end close process
• Leading and developing teams through change and transformation
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
• Partnering with operational stakeholders across a large, complex contract environment
• Bringing clarity and insight to financial performance
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading sizeable teams, ideally through change or transformation
• Strong month-end and financial reporting ownership
• A mindset that challenges existing processes and drives continuous improvement
• Experience operating in a large, complex organisation
• Someone reliable, structured, and delivery-focused
• You do need to have owned processes, driven outcomes, and operated at scale
