Candour Talent Recruitment are actively recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team for busy multidrop delivery routes from our depots in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to deliver to depots Complete Tachograph procedures accurately Conduct vehicle checks accurately and record information. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both internally and externally, and report any faults or defects. Assist with loading of vehicle adhering to all H&S regulations. Comply with Working Time and European Tachograph regulations. 7am Starts 48 hours per week Minimum, based on 6 days until rotated weekend (every 3rd week Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon)
Experience required:
Experience Class 2 Multi Drop Driving - HGV Driving: 1 year (preferred) Customer care experience Valid CPC & Digital tachograph Local geographical knowledge of 1.5 hours from Manchester Route planning experience No DR, DD or IN
Skills & Knowledge required:
Manual Handling Ability to work independently. Good numeracy skills
