Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM maintenance regime, fault finding and repairs on large industrial utility plant (Electrical & Mechanical) on a wide range of plant including DAF, Clarifiers, UF systems, RO, Dosing systems, Pumps, Blowers, Compressed air systems, Multimedia filters.
* Safely operate and maintain all site main utilities ensuring 100% service delivery is supplied to the client under contract KPIs.
* Manage and update the computerised maintenance management system in accordance with company operating procedures.
* Be part of a call out rota covering operations for sickness and holiday and call outs for breakdowns.
* Maintain excellent communications with clients onsite and develop relationships.
* Ensure compliance with EA Permits and Trade Effluent Agreements.
Qualifications
* Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Valid driver's licence is required, often with the ability to operate heavy plant machinery.
* Knowledge of safe working practices, including risk assessments and safety procedures.
