We’re on the hunt for a first class Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer of a leading UK finance house. He’s sharp, funny, and genuinely great to work with — however his diary is a high-speed rollercoaster of meetings, travel, and strategic priorities, and he needs someone who can keep up, stay ahead, and make it all look effortless.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Masterfully managing a back-to-back diary with precision and foresight
* Coordinating UK and occasional international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and last-minute pivots
* Prepare and follow up on EXCO meeting to include Board Meetings
* Acting as a gatekeeper, sounding board, and trusted right hand
* Handling confidential communications and documents with discretion
* Supporting when needed — flexibility is key, although long hours in the office are no require
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism and charm
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience supporting senior executives in high-pressure environments
* Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
* Board level eexperience
* A calm, proactive approach — especially when things get hectic
* Tech-savvy with Outlook, Teams, and travel platforms
* Willingness to be in the office upto 4 days a week to keep things running smoothly, but generally 3 days
