This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.

What is Extra Care?
Extra Care Housing offers adults with care needs an assured tenancy in a self-contained flat within a purpose-built or adapted scheme. Our Extra Care housing services have been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as of June 2022.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant in our Extra Care Services, you will play a crucial part in our team, providing holistic, person-centred care and practical support for our tenants. Your role will be to empower individuals to live independently with dignity and choice.
This opportunity involves a rota system, including early shifts starting at 7:30 am and late shifts ending at 21.30 pm. You will work every other weekend, with enhancements paid for any bank holidays and weekends worked.
About You
While previous experience in a caring role is advantageous, a commitment to delivering quality care is essential. Full training will be provided. This role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their careers and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and friendly environment.
