Key duties to include:
* Copy and audio typing.
* Managing partner's diaries.
* Corresponding with key clients via email, telephone and in person.
* Task management.
* Providing general administrative support to the Conveyancing team.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department.
* Strong experience using Microsoft Office systems.
* Excellent English literacy abilities.
* Well organised and a team player.
* Strong time management skills and attentive to detail.
