Your role at a glance:
* Leading and guiding the night team
* Supporting with personal care, comfort, and reassurance
* Handling medication and maintaining records

What we’re looking for:
* Care experience and confidence in leading others
* SVQ Level 3 in Social Care
* SSSC registration, or readiness to apply
* A calm, dependable approach with a passion for care
