We are working with an energetic 11–18 mixed secondary school in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint a dedicated Drama Teacher for a full-time role starting this March. The school is seeking a specialist who can bring the curriculum to life and foster a genuine love for the performing arts across all key stages. The staff are supportive, and the students are known for their enthusiasm for practical subjects. The Role The successful candidate will deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. The role involves preparing students for upcoming GCSE and A-Level practical assessments, ensuring every learner has the confidence to perform at their best. This is a full-time contract running until the end of the academic year in July 2026. Requirements QTS and a strong academic background in Drama or Theatre Studies. Experience teaching the 11–18 age range, including A-Level. The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Salary M1 – UPS3 (£31,350 – £47,839) per annum, pro-rata.
