Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist at De Vere Cotswold Water Park in SPA 6 you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive in the Spa. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure our Spa guests and members have a 5* experience.
Training will be provided to ensure you have a full knowledge of all the spa treatments and services on offer, to be able to answer all enquiries efficiently, but a keen and interest in spa and wellness will help to ensure you enjoy this role.

• A warm and welcoming approach and the ability to deliver high standards of customer service
• An excellent telephone manner
• Great organisation skills in order to arrange the Spa Therapist’s schedules.
