About the role

As Product Manager – eCommerce, you will drive the development and optimisation of our retail technology landscape, improving how we connect with supporters through digital experiences.

You’ll lead on delivering a class-leading eCommerce roadmap, managing key technology projects, and ensuring our platforms continue to evolve in line with both business goals and fan expectations.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure our retail systems are integrated, efficient, and future-focused.

What you’ll do

* Deliver a seamless omnichannel experience across online, in-store and mobile platforms
* Optimise website performance and conversion rates to support revenue growth
* Oversee integration of key retail systems, including POS, OMS and eCommerce platforms
* Manage the full lifecycle of digital and technology projects, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality standards
* Act as the main contact for development agencies and external partners
* Use data and insights to improve performance and enhance the fan experience
* Ensure compliance with data protection, security and industry standards
* Support internal teams through training and guidance on retail technology solution

About you

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about digital products, fan experience, and continuous improvement.

* Proven experience delivering eCommerce and omnichannel solutions
* Strong knowledge of retail platforms and systems, including ERP and Shopify Plus or similar
* Experience managing complex digital or technology projects
* The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
* A data-led approach to decision making
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as digital, technology or marketing would be beneficial

The team

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive and dedicated team who will help you settle in and succeed. We value curiosity, teamwork and a positive approach
