Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely Group performance reporting to support strategic decision-making
* Develop and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
* Analyse trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on sales, costs and margin
* Monitor performance, identify variances and provide clear insight into underlying drivers
* Partner with leadership teams across the business to provide data‑driven analysis and commercial challenge
* Produce and own weekly EBITDA reporting
* Support a culture of continuous improvement, insight and commercial discipline
About you
* Proven finance experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or similarly fast‑paced environment
* Professionally qualified accountant preferred, or equivalent finance background and experience
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage non‑finance stakeholders
* Advanced Excel capability with a logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving
* High levels of integrity and credibility, with the ability to build strong working relationships
* Positive, solution‑orientated mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo
