The role
We are recruiting for a Search Executive to join our growing Digital team based at our Head Office in Trafford Park, Manchester. This is a full‑time, office‑based role (5 days per week in Trafford Park).
As a Search Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across both Paid Search and Organic Search (SEO). You’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of Google Ads activity while also contributing to the ongoing development of our SEO strategy across technical, content, and on‑site performance.
You’ll be part of a fast‑growing team, with the opportunity to shape how search drives performance across the business. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and the chance to make a measurable impact.
What you’ll be doing
* Support the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads (Shopping, Search, PMax)
* Monitor performance across key metrics including COS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate
* Assist with feed optimisation and product performance improvements
* Conduct keyword research and support campaign structure and expansion
* Support testing across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
* Analyse performance data and report on insights and opportunities
* Support the execution of SEO strategy across technical, on‑page, and content
* Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities
* Optimise metadata, internal linking, and on‑page content
* Monitor site performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Semrush
* Support blog and content optimisation to improve organic visibility
* Assist with technical SEO audits and implementation of recommendations
* Work closely with wider teams including CRM, affiliates, and content to align activity
* Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity
What you’ll bring
* Experience in Paid Search and/or SEO (agency or in‑house)
* Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical and on‑page)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Experience with feed management or Google Merchant Center
* Experience using tools such as Screaming Frog or Semrush
* E‑commerce or retail experience
