Your new role
1. Leadplex corporate tax advisory projects, coordinating input from specialist teams
2. Overseepliance work and review technical advice prepared by the team
3. Act as main point of contact for clients and HMRC, including strategic planning, risk management, and investigations
4. Collaborate with audit and wider teams to deliver excellent client service
5. Coach and mentor Assistant Managers and Managers, including performance reviews and professional development
6. Support business development and identify growth opportunities with new and existing clients
7. Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing through briefings, workshops, and published insights
8. Ensure high technical standards andpliance with firm procedures and risk management policies
9. Promote ESG initiatives, including wellbeing,munity engagement, and environmental awareness
What you'll need to succeed
10. CTA qualified (ACA, CA or ACCA an advantage) with significant post-qualification experience in corporation taxpliance and advisory
11. Skilled at interpreting tax legislation and explainingplex advice in clear, simple language
12. Strongmunication and relationship-building abilities
13. Strategic thinker withmercial awareness and problem-solving skills
14. Interest in business development and leveraging growth opportunities through networking and client relationships
15. Experienced in coaching and developing others, fostering an inclusive team environment
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software (Alphatax experience preferred)
