Responsibilities
* Lead your team to successfully deliver lines KPI’s and drive business performance
* Coach, develop and lead staff, establishing a continuous improvement culture
* Work closely with internal and external suppliers, building strong, effective relationships to ensure the site is legally compliant
* Ensure all levels of waste are recorded accurately, including OEE, downtime, product weights and staff efficiency
Qualifications
* Experience as a Department Manager, Shift Manager, Warehouse Manager or equivalent
* Experience in a large‑scale production or warehouse operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing
* Ability to coach and encourage your team, helping them explore opportunities to continuously improve their work
* Problem‑solving skills with the ability to implement process changes that improve operational performance
* Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
* Strong leadership and coaching skills to engage, motivate and develop large teams with varying skill sets
