What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive environmental assessments to support housing reports and minor adaptation recommendations
* Review and assess equipment needs for children with various physical disabilities, ensuring it meets the complexity of their individual needs
* Apply recommendations from postural management assessments to facilitate the appropriate provision of equipment
* Assess and review moving and handling needs, informing appropriate equipment provision and creating detailed care plans
Qualifications and requirements:
* Must be registered with the HCPC
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to effectively travel within the community
