Google Workspace AI & Gemini Enterprise Learning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace AI & Gemini Enterprise Learning Consultant to drive AI adoption and user enablement across enterprise organisations
This is a client-facing role focused on delivering engaging training, workshops, executive coaching, and change management programmes that help users maximise the value of Google Workspace with Gemini and Gemini Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, Lunch & Learns, and webinars.
- Provide 1:1 coaching and stakeholder support.
- Lead AI adoption and change management activities.
- Create learning materials, videos, prompt libraries, and user guides.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Google Workspace AI, Gemini Enterprise, NotebookLM, and Gemini Agents.
Essential Experience - Google Workspace AI and Gemini experience is a mandatory requirement.
Candidates must have;
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Workspace with Gemini.
- Strong knowledge of Gemini Enterprise and enterprise AI use cases.
- Experience training, coaching, or enabling users on AI technologies.
- Expertise across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive, and Chat.
- Strong prompt engineering and AI productivity knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable
- Change management experience (PROSCI/ADKAR preferred).
- Learning & Development background.
- Experience with NotebookLM, Gemini Agents, and AI workflow design.
