MCC are in need of a social worker for the Transitions team - Must be social work qualified and registered with social work england. We are looking for adult social workers to complete care act assessments, support planning and review in a preparing for adulthood service.Essential car user Lone working required Expected to be in the office at least 2 days a weekThere is plenty of hybrid working available.
