You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales. We're looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. Responsibilities
* Lead and coach the store team, deputising for the Store Manager when required, while delivering great customer service.
* Provide friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day, taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone\'s voice is valued and respected.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational; manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience.
* Support the Store Manager by deputising when they\'re not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Lead change by introducing new products and services, working with your team to implement changes and encourage open feedback.
* Build relationships and engage with the local community to support the local Co-op community plan.
