Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Applying training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering store routines that meet their needs.
* Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Being knowledgeable about the store’s performance and the role you play in driving service, sales, reducing waste and delivering profit.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Demonstrating Tesco values, making everyone feel welcome and following store policies.
* Occasionally assisting with deliveries into the store.

* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
* The ability to build rapport with customers so they leave with a positive shopping experience.
* The initiative to make decisions that are right for customers.
* Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues to foster a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.
* Be punctual, well presented and a brand ambassador.
