About the Role

Key Account Executive – the role focuses on building relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Key Account Management team.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop existing Key Account customer relationships to increase revenue, average order value (AOV) and order frequency while maintaining gross profit (GP) margins.
* Manage designated key accounts, ensuring consistent exceptional service and high‑quality HubSpot record‑keeping.
* Track account performance, meet and exceed targets, and plan monthly and quarterly sales strategies.
* Provide customer feedback and insights to product, marketing and category management teams.
* Work with internal teams for swift issue resolution and seamless customer service.
* Contribute to KAM task KPIs and respond to customer contact in a timely manner.


About You

* 2+ years experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment with a strong focus on customer needs and business growth.
* Proven key‑account management experience, establishing long‑term relationships and tailored solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
* Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
* High emotional intelligence and strong rapport building abilities.
* Negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure while focusing on team success.
* Strategic account planning experience aligned with business objectives.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Proactive mindset and desire to achieve personal and team goals.
