Job Title: PE (Physical Education) Support

Pay rate: Upto £110 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for PE Support staff to join schools in Wakefield, assisting teachers in delivering engaging PE sessions and promoting healthy lifestyles.
As PE (Physical Education) Support, you will help pupils participate confidently in physical activities, assist with practical sessions, and encourage teamwork, fitness, and resilience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with the delivery of PE lessons, ensuring all students are included.
* Support students in developing skills, coordination, and confidence in physical activities.
* Help set up and manage equipment safely during lessons.
* Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
* Work alongside PE teachers to adapt sessions to suit varying abilities.
* Maintain a safe and organised environment for all pupils.
Requirements of PE Support:
* Experience working with children in a PE or sports setting is desirable.
* Good communication, patience, and motivational skills.
* Ability to support students of all abilities.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Professional and responsible approach to safeguarding and school policies.
