My Client is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work on a temp to perm basis at their site at Magna Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
Days of work; Monday - Friday Hours of work; 06:00 - 15:00 (1 hour lunch break)
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service.
Youll be the first point of contact working with our customer, and business stakeholders to ensure we meet our commitments and update accordingly.
To succeed in this role, youll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions sometimes under pressure.
You would be working in a small team of 5.
What youll do on a typical day:
Assist customers and business partners via appropriate communication methods.
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
Assist with compliance tasks for the operation.
Data entry and other administration related tasks.
To achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and producing reports and escalating any issues through the stakeholder team.
What you need to succeed:
Previous experience within a transport/logistics organisation desired but not essential.
Previous experience within a customer service role.
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to customer requirements.
Effective Customer Service Skills
Good working knowledge of UK Geography.
