Location: Near Wareham
Salary: £24,000
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, office based (can be flexible on hours for right person)
Benefits: 20 days holiday, Stakeholder pension employer contribution 4%, bonus scheme, training provided.
Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our fast growing and reputable client within the telecoms sector who are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their expanding team. Full training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
Working as part of the Customer Services team, this is a key role supporting and working closely with customers. The primary focus will be responding to customer requests and queries by phone, online chat and email to maximise customer satisfaction.
Requirements of the Customer Services Administrator:
* Basic understanding of IT, technology or telecoms and/or interest in technology.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good time management skills.
* Good administration skills.
* Computer literate.
* Confident and polite telephone manner.
* Team player.
* Highly organised.
* Proactive.
* Ability to multitask.
* Willingness to learn.
* Passion to drive business forward.
Responsibilities of the Customer Services Administrator:
* Resolving customer queries and technical issues on the products.
* Respond to customer billing information requests.
* Resolving daily service issues, logging faults and updating tickets.
* Order processing.
* Raising sales invoices.
* Credit control.
* Logging all customer interactions on the company CRM system.
* Maintaining customer data.
* Processing invoices and proforma requests.
* Processing credit notes and refunds
