Duties:
* You will manage all interactions with your caseload, meeting all customers face-to-face in the centre.
* At the first intervention you will complete a comprehensive diagnostic to understand their barriers to employment and their past experience/skills or their learning requirements.
* You will then refer customers to training courses, workshops, mentoring sessions to break down their barriers to work and help to upskill each customer.
* You will set SMART targets and review these at each intervention to ensure progression towards securing employment.
