Key Responsibilities of a General Assistant: Taking food and drink orders in the bar and restaurant Prepare the restaurant before and after service Assist in the kitchen with vegetable prep and washing up Be familiar with all menu items to confidently engage with guests Communicate effectively with both guests and team members Support housekeeping shifts as needed What are we looking for?
