Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Junior to join our busy administrative team. This role is suitable for a school leaver looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment. The successful candidate will support various administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in all interactions.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the legal team
* Maintain and organise client files, both electronic and paper
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
* Processing sensitive documents
* Potential for progression to reception and audio typing duties
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality
* Eagerness to learn
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong computer skills, particularly use of Microsoft Office and basic office tools
* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Desirable but not essential
* National 5 qualifications in Maths & English
* Previous study of a subject such as Administration and IT
