Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator at Cardenden Health Centre
1. Role Overview: An organised individual is required to provide comprehensive reception, administrative, and secretarial support within Cardenden Health Centre for a range of healthcare professionals.
2. Responsibilities:
1. Maintain 1,400 school health records and work closely with the School Nurses.
2. Provide secretarial support to the Community Paediatrician and as required.
3. Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in Tiara, Microsoft Office, and Winscribe/audio typing.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Educated to standard grade with previous administration/secretarial experience.
5. Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a busy environment without direct supervision.
6. Willingness to travel throughout the West Fife area for training and staff cover.

1. The salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
2. Post may require a different level of criminal records check from 1 April 2025, potentially involving PVG Scheme membership. Details will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager or Recruitment Team.
