Role: Intervention Support Worker
About the Role
The primary purpose of the Intervention Support Worker role at Reddish Hall School is to provide high-quality, targeted support to pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities
1. Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
2. Plan, deliver, monitor, and give feedback on interventions in coordination with the SEND department and school staff
3. Assist with pupil testing
4. Contribute to home-school contact books as directed by the class teacher
5. Support pupils in wider school settings when needed
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent
