Our client is a highly respected B2B media publisher known for delivering trusted industry insight through an impressive portfolio of magazines, exhibitions, conferences, awards, data services, and digital platforms. We are supporting them in the search for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead on one of their flagship brands across both print and live events. With offices in London, this role will work remotely and can be based from anywhere in the UK with monthly face to face meetings with the team in the South West of the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established B2B magazine and a major UK trade show. The successful candidate will drive sales performance across multiple platforms, manage key client relationships, and motivate a small but dedicated commercial team to deliver results. Responsibilities will include:
* Set and achieve annual sales revenue targets across print, digital and events
* Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to the sales team
* Develop and implement a clear sales strategy that supports brand growth
* Manage relationships with key advertisers, sponsors, and exhibitors
* Lead the commercial success of a highly regarded B2B exhibition and awards programme
* Work closely with editorial and production to align media planning and delivery
* Monitor KPIs, support recruitment and training, and contribute to team development
