Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Good experience in Retail industry working as Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service cloud. Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its functionalities. Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools. Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Ant, etc.). Familiarity with database concepts and SQL. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, with a focus on Service Cloud. Experience with full-stack development (front-end and back-end). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Good to have: Good knowledge of Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
