This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm that is investing heavily in the growth of its Conveyancing department. Rather than being just another fee earner, youll play a key role in shaping a team thats expanding quickly and full of opportunity.
Youll be joining a supportive environment where development is genuinely prioritised, with hands-on mentoring from experienced conveyancers and clear routes into senior and leadership roles as the department grows.
What youll be doing:
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Handling a varied mix of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages
Managing fast-paced auction sales and purchases, working confidently to tight deadlines
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
Working closely with senior team members to develop your technical expertise and build your career
Supporting the continued growth and improvement of the department as it expands
