About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and driven DJ Bookings Manager to oversee and manage
all aspects of DJ bookings, client relationships, and artist liaison. This role requires excellent
multitasking skills, a strong memory for detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under
pressure. The ideal candidate will be confident in sales and marketing, thrive on building
relationships, and be passionate about all types of music. Strong leadership skills, the ability to lead
a team, and the capability to oversee and run projects from start to finish are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate DJ bookings across multiple venues, events, and clients.
• Maintain accurate booking schedules, contracts, and client databases using Excel and other
management tools.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of performance.
• Oversee and run projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes delivered successfully.
• Liaise with DJs, venues, promoters, and clients to ensure seamless communication and
operations.
• Handle negotiations, contracts, and logistics for gigs and events.
• Drive sales growth by actively seeking new clients, partnerships, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote DJs and events.
• Oversee day-to-day management of DJs, supporting them with schedules, travel, and client
expectations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work on-site at events where required to oversee bookings and ensure flawless execution.

Requirements
• Prior experience in bookings, talent management, or events coordination (essential).
• Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, leadership, and project management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, email platforms, booking systems).
( Ideally would hold a full driving licence and have access to a car)
