* Handling enquiries from clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties.
* Recording detailed attendance notes for all correspondence.
* Opening and closing files, keeping them up-to-date
* Providing administrative support
* Drafting basic letters and preparing/submitting simple legal documents.
* Completing legal forms, registering documents, and submitting applications to the Court.
* Conducting searches and registering Wills with Certainty.
* Preparing and submitting bills
* Creating Estate Accounts
* Providing reception cover.
