The team is scaling and growing and they are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Account Manager to join them in central London in a flexible, hybrid working capacity.
The Role: Digital Performance Marketing Account Manager
You'll manage client relationships and own the performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms. This means running campaigns from strategy through to execution, optimising for performance, and presenting insights that inform budget allocation and growth decisions.
You'll work with ambitious luxury and premium brands, where attention to detail matters and results are everything. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on campaign execution - ideal if you want client exposure without losing touch with the platforms.
What You'll Do as Digital Performance Marketing Account Manager:
* Manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic display
* Optimise campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
* Handle client relationships, presenting insights and recommendations with clarity
* Allocate budgets strategically across platforms to maximise ROI
* Identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies
* Work with creative and technical teams to test and scale campaigns
* Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party platforms to drive results
What You'll Need as a Digital Performance Marketing Account Manager:
Essential:
* Performance marketing or e-commerce campaign experience from an agency background (or at least one agency-side role)
* Strong technical capability across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta
* Comfort working with data and turning it into recommendations
* Experience managing programmatic display campaigns
* Client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively
* Track record with A/B testing and CRO implementation
Desirable:
* Experience working with luxury or premium brands
* Line management or mentoring experience

£48k-£55k depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package. Hybrid working with a central London base.
