Introduction
I am very pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Dungannon. We're now looking for a talented Litigation Solicitor to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a busy and varied caseload, with a particular focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Personal Injury (PI) work. The Role
As a Litigation Solicitor, you'll play a key role in the firm's litigation department, managing a diverse caseload with a primary emphasis on RTA and PI claims. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and will benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a busy caseload of litigation matters, with a focus on RTA and PI claims.
* Provide clear, practical, and commercially minded advice to clients.
* Represent clients effectively in negotiations and at court hearings.
* Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless progression of cases.
* Maintain high standards of client care and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation, particularly RTA and PI work.
* Capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Excellent client care and communication abilities.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in delivering high-quality outcomes.
