Key Responsibilities: Across HR & Recruitment
* Oversee core HR systems (ATS, Bob HR, Go1, Reward Gateway) to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless processes
* Provide training and ongoing support for managers and employees on HR systems
* Manage employee engagement surveys and deliver insights to leadership
* Prepare HR KPI reports and dashboards, covering recruitment, engagement, L&D, and workforce analytics
* Maintain accurate HR records and assist with projects and initiatives as required
* Support the People Team with administrative tasks and internal communications
* Post and manage job vacancies across multiple job boards
* Review CVs and carry out initial candidate screenings
* Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
* Organize training days, induction materials, and first-day arrangements
* Keep the ATS updated with candidate statuses and records
* Respond to recruitment-related queries via email and phone
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive experience
* Assist the Recruitment Lead with administrative duties
This is a varied role where you’ll work across both areas, stepping in to provide extra support during busy periods, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR and/or Recruitment Administration
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and recruitment best practices
* Experience using HR and recruitment systems (e.g. ATS, HRIS platforms)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates and employees
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing flexible support during busy periods
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
