Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for Junior Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham who are growing and looking to add to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Junior Team Leader wanting to grow their skills and run a friendly team.
Duties for this Junior Warehouse Team Leader role are as follows:
* Oversee the creation, implementation, and completion of allocated work daily
* Assemble all the components for orders/stock.
* Monitor area productivity, ensuring all members of the team are achieving realistic targets.
* Liaise with the despatch supervisor daily to ensure stock levels are maintained and large orders are considered in production schedules.
* Attend weekly/monthly meetings/training where needed.
* Provide staff training, including but not limited to liquid fill machine operation, waste disposal, chemical handling, correct labelling practices and chemical/packaging identification.
* Ensure stock is recorded correctly
Hours for this Junior Warehouse Team Leader role are as follows
MONDAY to FRIDAY
08:00 - 16:00
The pay for this Junior Warehouse Team Leader role within the Logistics and Distribution sector is:
£14.00 per hour
