We are recruiting for an administration apprentice to join our busy team here in our Northallerton office.
Si Recruitment is an agency specialising in the recruitment of accountancy, office support, sales, technical and engineering roles throughout Yorkshire and the North East.
Supporting our Administration Manager, your duties will include:
1. Write, update and amend CVs for the recruitment consultants.
2. Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Deal with enquiries from clients and candidates and/or pass to the relevant consultant.
4. Process registration forms and proof of ID documentation adhering to strict GDPR rules.
5. Database administration including inputting of relevant company and candidate information.
6. Assisting consultants with ad hoc projects e.g. advertising roles and resourcing candidates.
7. General office admin - filing, photocopying, printing.
8. Digital marketing - assisting in producing regular content for company social media accounts including LinkedIn & Facebook.
9. Raising of invoices.
Person specification:
10. GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths & English
11. Good standard of IT skills including Microsoft Office- primarily Word and Outlook
12. Team player with good communication skills

Working hours:
37 hour week
8.30am- 5.00pm, Monday - Thursday (1 hour lunch)
8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00 - 5.00pm on a Friday (1 hour lunch)
