Director of Sales - CTV Marketplace
London | Hybrid
A major technology player operating at the heart of the connected TV ecosystem is hiring a senior sales leader to drive international growth.
This is a high‑impact role for a commercially sharp operator who knows how to open doors, shape complex opportunities and close meaningful, long‑term deals in a fast‑evolving market.
The role
You’ll take ownership of revenue growth across key international markets, working with senior commercial and technical stakeholders across the CTV value chain. From early‑stage engagement through to negotiation and close, you’ll lead opportunities end‑to‑end and be trusted to set direction without heavy oversight.
This is a strategic sales role where credibility, judgment and relationship‑building matter as much as execution.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll identify and convert new business opportunities aligned to a sophisticated CTV technology proposition. You’ll build and grow long‑term partnerships with large, complex organisations operating at scale within the connected TV landscape. You’ll lead high‑value commercial discussions, manage multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, and negotiate contracts that support sustainable growth. You’ll also represent the business externally at relevant industry events and maintain a clear, accurate view of pipeline and forecasting through CRM.
What they’re looking for
You’ll bring senior‑level experience selling technology or platform‑led solutions within CTV or closely adjacent markets. You’re comfortable engaging with decision‑makers at Director level and above, and you have a track record of closing complex, high‑value deals. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, communicate with clarity and confidence, and thrive in environments where autonomy and ownership are expected. International travel is part of the role.
Location
UK‑based with a flexible hybrid setup around London.
